プロ野球専用球場の立地特性と周辺整備に関する研究

大規模な面積を必要とする野球場の整備は、様々な都市計画的な検討事項を包含していると考えられる。プロ野球で使われる専用球場は大規模で、集客力も多いため、そうした課題が顕在化すると考えられる。そこで、フランチャイズ制度導入後のプロ野球専用球場を対象に、専用球場の変遷と管理・運営体制について整理し、各球場の立地特性に着目し、球場および周辺整備の経緯・計画と照らし合わせて考察を行う。そこで明らかになったことの一つとして、球場の立地は、野球規則によって推奨される方位が示されているものの、規則を遵守した専用球場はなかった。

Each franchise baseball stadium using Nippon Professional Baseball(NPB) has a large scale and centripetal force. That is why we thought franchise baseball stadiums included various significant things and problems in urban planning began to appear such as securing sites, providing each of the circumferences, using the vacant lot, and more.
The order of this study was classifying the vicissitudes and the management systems, clarifying each stadium's location-characteristics. Then they compared with details and plans at providing each of the circumferences including the stadium. One of the unquestionable thing is that none of stadiums are obeyed the direction endorsed by NPB.
