This paper dealt with some subjects for the establishments of host system of personal computer for the information network of agriculture and rural districts. Firstly, some characteristics of the BBS of agriculture (derived from the ""Green-topia"") were researched and some BBS showed the vivid success with the open use to guest members.
Nextly, the Radio BBS were examined. In Japan the phone patch is prohibited by law, yet. But the RBBS especially the Message Forwording has performed convenient, wide and low-cost network system that covered very wide area as all over Japan. Then the test opening of the personal computer network by telephone and wireless showed some subjects as the correspondence to the users' levels to BBS and the connected port(gateways).And some types of TNC showed the disagreement of code with the host system.
And the convenience of the personal computer network required the reformation of BBS of big host computer system with many types of gateways and the permittion of phone patch.
And these network systems showed the serviceable effects for the development of agriculture and rural districts.
