The permeability tests were performed for the specimen cut from vertical (V) and parallel (H) by compacted plane with triaxial cell. The coefficient of permeability 々were obtained from the consolidation tests with large consolidometer and triaxial cell.
From these experiments, the permeability of compacted mixed soil is isotropic for V and H specimen. The values of k obtained from c_v with large consolidometer are nearly equal to those obtained by permeability tests with triaxial cell. But, the values of k obtained by the consolidation with triaxial cell have not a tendency to those of permeabilty tests by triaxial cell. |
