抄録・要旨
The day care by the nursery teacher in the day nursery is usually influenced by the consciousness of the teacher about the early childhood education or the group nursery. Therefore, it is worth-while to examine consciousnesses of the nursery teachers about the woman's labour and the day nursery. A survey of these consciousnesses results the following : (1) They have opinions rather against the labour of the woman with babies or infants. And so they are against the group nursery to the infants up to two years of age. (2) They desire the institutions for the child care of working women, such as an extension of the nursing leave.
