Today, the facilties for the handicapped children who are not supported domestically set up throughout the country as the social policy. But it seems that these are some problems to improve in these facilities.
In view of the above points, we discussed the actual condition of the child life in the facilitles. As the results, children had been brought up under worse condition and their standerd of living was low than average one. We expect, moreover, the relationship between the children and the facilitles workers will be inproved in future. |
