Abstract
島根県下の自治体の定住政策における課題をより具体的に見出すことが本稿の目的である。このために島根県下の３地域（海士町，美郷町，江津市）を対象にしたＵ・Ｉターン者に対するアンケート調査（回答１０７名，回収率４５．３％）の検証を行った。この結果，３つの地域のＵ・Ｉターン者の分析結果からそれぞれ３つのパターンに類型化することができ，各地域の定住政策の課題を見いだすことができた。
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to uncover issues surrounding Population Policy for local governments in Shimane Prefecture with greater specificity. In order to do this we analyzed a questionnaire survey (107 respondents, response ratio: 45.3%) on Population Migration for three localities in Shimane Prefecture; Amacho, Misatocho, and Gotsushi. Based on an analysis of Population Patterns for the three localities, each respectively was able to be broken into a distinct pattern and we were able to identify Population Policy issues for each.
