Abstract
初代松江市長の福岡世徳（一八四八.一九二七）は、一八八九年から二二年間にわたる市長在任中、松江市の振興のために献身した。彼は、市長在任中「公務手帳」を携帯して市政運営の諸問題を書き留めていたが、その中の一二冊が今日まで遺されている。本稿は、本誌前号に続き、その第四冊を翻刻・紹介するものである。
Abstract
Fukuoka Tsukinori(1848-1927),the first Mayor of Matsue,devoted himself to development during his 22 years term of office. We can perceive his considerable contribution to promote the development of Matsue through this notebook.
