肝疾患患者支援のための看護師研修会レポートの計量テキスト分析 : 看護実践の内容と看護師属性（経験年数）との関連

抄録・要旨

本研究では、肝疾患患者支援における看護実践の内容と看護師の属性（経験年数）との関連を検討することを目的として、肝疾患診療連携拠点病院に所属する看護師の研修会レポート170 件を計量テキスト分析により分析した。分析では、レポート内容の分類、特徴語抽出、共起ネットワーク分析、対応分析を実施した。看護実践の内容には、治療、心理・社会的支援、患者教育、療養生活支援、連携などが含まれていた。経験年数による違いは一部で示されたものの、一貫した傾向は認められず、分類内容に依拠する可能性が示唆された。今後は、質的分析により背景要因を明らかにする必要がある。

抄録・要旨

This study examined the relationship between nurses’ years of experience and the content of nursing practice in liver disease consultation by analyzing 170 nurse training reports using quantitative text analysis. Analyses included content classification, extraction of characteristic terms, co-occurrence network analysis, and correspondence analysis. Nursing practice encompassed medical treatment, psychosocial care, patient education, daily life support, and collaboration. While some differences by years of experience were observed, no consistent trend emerged, suggesting that variations may depend on specific content categories. Further qualitative research is needed to clarify these factors.
