医療シミュレーションスペシャリストの現状と課題

スキルスラボの管理ならびに運営の問題を共有し解決する機会として第5回シミュレーションスペシャリスト（SS）セミナーを開催した。多くのスキルスラボでシミュレータの購入・修理といった金銭的な問題を抱えていた。スキルスラボの活用を広げて財源を拡充することが必要である。また、SSとしてのキャリア形成のためにもSSの育成が今後の課題であり、そのためにもSSの積極的な学会や勉強会の参加が必要である。

The 5th Medical Simulation Specialist Seminar was held to share and solve the problems of managing Simulation Centers. Many skills labs have financial problems for purchasing and repairing simulators, also have problems with unstable forms of employment of the stuff. Securing the necessary budget, and training simulation specialists would be challenges for the future to support career formation as a simulation specialist.
