シミュレーションセンター運営の合理的管理に向けたシステム開発

島根大学医学部附属病院クリニカルスキルアップセンター（以下、シミュレーションセンター）は2009年に開設されて以降、利用者は年々増加し、シミュレーションセンターの管理・運用が複雑となった。そこでシミュレーションセンターの管理システムを新たに開発した。新たなシステムは情報を一元管理し煩雑な実績入力の省力化と正確化を可能とした。また、多角的な分析を可能としシミュレーションセンターの運用に有用であったので報告する。

The Shimane University Clinical Skill-up Center was established in 2009. Since then, the number of seminar participants has increased, and the seminar has diversified in scope with each passing year. This has led to difficulties in managing some essential procedures such as collecting usersʼ information and has also led to issues with regard to the utilization factors pertaining to the simulator. Therefore, we have developed a new management system for the Simulation Center. This new management system facilitates the consolidation of information. Moreover, it has improved input accuracy and reduced the labor required for administering the Simulation Center.
