児童養護施設入所児童の性問題行動について－児童養護施設職員へのフォーカス・グループ・インタビューを通じて－

児童養護施設職貝が捉える入所児童の性問題行動の実態と性問題行動が生じる背景，および対応上の課題を明らかにするため，児童養護施設職員へのグループインタビューを実施した。グループインタピューの結果，「性問題行動の分類」として6つの下位カテゴリー，「外的影響要因」として4つの下位カテゴリー，「児童の課題」として9つの下位カテゴリー，「施設職員の対応」として5つの下位カテゴリー，「指導上の困難さ」として9つの下位カテゴリーが抽出された。そして，性問題行動は「外的影響要因」をベースに「児童の課題」と「指尊上の困難さ」が相まって生じていると考えられた。
今後今回の研究結果を基に，児童相談所と鬼童養護施設との連携に基づく性問題プログラムを構築する必要がある。

This investigation documented the sexual behavior problems of children living in foster homes, as understood by child care workers, in addition to the factors causing sexual behavior problems and the challenges faced by child care workers handling this issue. We conducted focus group interviews with child care workers in foster homes. The results of the interviews revealed 6 subcategories of "classification of sexual behavior problems," 4 sub-categories of "external factors," 9 sub-categories of "children's issues," 5 sub-categories of "guidance by child care workers," and 9 sub-categories of "difficulties with guidance." Sexual behavior problems seemed to arise because of "children's issues" and "difficulties with guidance," based on "external factors." We plan to develop a program to prevent sexual behavior problems, based on cooperation between foster homes and the child guidance center, in accordance with the findings of this investigation.
