超音波ガイド下神経ブロックの進歩：腹壁ブロック

腹壁ブロックの歴史は浅く，近年の超音波ガイド法の導入後に発展した部分が多い．腹横筋膜面ブロックは複数のアプローチが報告され，その適応や有効性，合併症などを含めてまだこれから研究が必要である．超音波ガイド下ブロックの中でも腹壁ブロックは日本人研究者の貢献の割合が高いブロックであり，今後の研究も期待される．

Abdominal wall blocks are a fairly new regional anesthetic technique. Most of them were developed after the introduction of ultrasound-guided peripheral blocks. Japanese researchers have made a significant contribution to this field. Despite their growing popularity, however, there is still uncertainty regarding the precise location of the anesthetic injection, indication, usefulness, and complications of those blocks especially of different TAP block approaches. Future research is needed to help improve postoperative analgesia by utilizing those blocks.
