Abstract
福岡世徳(一八四八～一九二七年)は、初代松江市長として、市長在任期間(一八八九～一九一一年)を通して松江市振興のために尽力し、その活動記録を「公務手帳」(全一二冊が残存)に、記録していた。今回翻刻する第一〇冊には、松江市長退任に至る話や、退任後の弁護士活動の内容が記録されている。
