We experienced a patient with a very rare multiple, primary malignancy, A 56-year old Japanese woman had four cancers on the epipharynx (T2NIMO, poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma), left maxillary sinus (T3NOMO, moderate differentiated squamous cell carcinoma) and nasal septum (TINOMO, poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma), separately, seven years after radical surgery for left mammary cancer (papillo-tubular carcinoma).
