| Descriptions |
We have revised and enlarged the actin sequence information database. Sixty five actin nucleotide sequences and their amino acid translations were added to the database. These nucleotide sequence data were retrieved from the genetic databank GenBank release 65 or taken from the original reports.
The revised database contains 125 actin sequences from various species and organ types. These actin sequence data are used for the sequence information analysis prograrm, PNASIAS. |
