島根県における生産森林組合の解散 : 2組合の解散を例として

入会林野近代化法にもとづいて入会権を解消し、その上で生産森林組合を設立した地域が多い。しかし、かような生産森林組合において、森林からの収益が得られないため、多くの組合が解散に到っている。解散後、その森林は、当該地域において設立された認可地縁団体名義で登記される傾向にある。本稿は、島根県内の2つの生産森林組合解散事例に関する報告である。

After dissolution of Common Right by Communal Forests and Fields Modernization Act, there are many areas that established a production forestry owners’ association. However, many associations lead to dissolution, for they cannot get the income from forest to own. These forests tend to be registered in the name approval territorial organization, which was established in the region. This paper is a report of the dissolution cases of two production forestry associations in Shimane Prefecture.
