Abstract
初代松江市長福岡世徳(一八四八年～一九二七年)は、その市長在職中(一八八九年～一九一一年)、公務の内容、松江振興策の実現のために行った陳情や情報収集活動の詳細な記録を｢公務手帳｣に書き留めていた。本号に紹介したその記事から、とくに陸軍聯隊の誘致のための陳情活動の具体的内容を知ることができる。
Abstract
Fukuoka Tsukinori(1848-1927), the first Mayor of Matsue City, made efforts to promote the development of Matsue during his 22 years term of office(1889-1911). He wrote such official affairs in his pocketbooks. In these documents we can perceive the measures for the promotion of Matsue, especially his representation of luring a regiment.
