Descriptions	本稿は，島嶼経済における医療サービス提供に関する持続性の問題を検証した。島根県隠岐郡海士町における国民健康保険診療所について，設立主体，財政，主体間の連携に着目し検討した。 In this paper, we are concerned with the issue of sustainability for the provision of medical services in the island economy. For this purpose, we examined focusing on the linkage of National Health Insurance for the clinic and local government finances, some sectors located in the Ama-Cho town, Shimane-Prefecture.
