EXPLORING HUMAN NATURE is a year-long high school course, and has developed by the Social Studies Program of the Education Development Center under grants by the National Science Foundation in U.S.A.. This course draws upon concepts, theories and recent data from the Biology, Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology to enable students to discover some of the essential characteristics of human behaviour. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the goals, assumptions and contents of EHN and to suggest some considerations for our educational practice.
