山陰地域における基礎自治体のICT利活用の現状と課題

本稿は, 地域情報化の進展と基礎自治体のとの関わりについて, 利用者から見た利活用の調査結果と, 基礎自治体から見た利活用の調査結果を分析することによって, 山陰地域における利活用に関する現状と課題を考察することを目的とした｡現状に基づき, 利活用に向けた課題とその解決として地域間連携の必要性, そしてこの地域間連携の障害を｢課題｣として明らかとしている｡

The paper investigates the present state and issues of the use of Information and Communication Technology in San'in Region, by analyzing both the results from a survey of users and the results from a survey of fundamental local government in San'in Region. The paper shows the necessity of regional alliances as the solution to encourage the use of Information and Communication Technology, and also shows the barrier of regional alliances.
