前報において,中学生を対象に食物嗜好の傾向,食品相互間の嗜好の相関性および食物嗜好と性格との関連について報告したが,食物嗜好は調理法により変化し,それが各人の性格にも反映されるものと推察される。したがって,今回は各種調理法により食物嗜好がいかに影響をうけるかを検討するために調査をおこなった。
