In my previous paper, I pointed out the importance of dealing with social problems as learning contents in order to deepen and expand lifelong learning in Japan.
In this paper, I try to propose some concrete ways of facilitating learning activities on social problems.
Thus, I point out some keys to facilitating thouse activities by studying the present conditions in Mito City, and show some clues to generalize the ways of facilitating such learning activities.
