A Note on the Factorization Property of the Resonance Coupling Constants

We note that all the resonance couplings can be factorized in the recently proposed dynamical system, which involves the harmonic-oscillator spectrum of SU(6)〓O(3)_L multiplet and provides a uniquely determined dual Born amplitude for each of the meson-meson scattering.
