Description

本書は、長年にわたり隠岐において史料調査と流人研究を続けられてきた松尾壽氏が、一九八七年から一九九九年までに発表された流人関係論文などを収めたものである。「あとがきにかえて」によれば、松尾氏は本書の構成を整え、入稿原稿を準備していた最中の二〇二一年六月に体調を崩され、ご自身ですべての論文を見直されることが難しくなったため、島根大学での同僚であった竹永三男氏や関係者の方々が刊行の実務を執られ、すでに松尾氏が改訂を進められていた第一章の他は、初出論文をそのまま配列することにされたものである。
