This paper reviews that the content of the career development and vocational decision in higher education stages of science and engineering was examined through a series of questionnaires. The results showed that information about occupation and course, material substantiality, and how to obtain the knowledge were most important for the career education with respect to the field of science and engineering. In addition, the opportunity to experience and actually inspect the workshop was also required in the higher education stages of science and engineering. Regarding the awareness of the carrier option in the higher education stages, the major students tended to hope for achieving a long-term career in the workshop, even though they did not have a detail information about their chosen occupation, and had based their decision on a general understanding of the science and engineering industry.
