Foster a healthy mind and body, basic education to foster a rich humanity is food and nutrition education. In this research, we decided to target the guardian of kindergarten children will become apparent from the survey to think about lunch meal, consider the way of better food and nutrition education. Guardian of kindergarten children, in making be lunch meal, had been focused on color, nutritional balance and ease of eating. Was the same as the difficulty of making a lunch meal. Since the feel on the growth of the child, to make a packed lunch, which had been the pleasure. Therefore,it was considered as joy, but the difficult thing was also simultaneously felt for making lunch meal. We made it clear that there is a need to provide information and practical support for making lunch from kindergarten.
