A questionnaire survey was conducted for the knowledge and awareness of gastriccancer screening for 59 workers belonging to Group A from 25 to 39 years of age. The 47 people in the whole has responded to the questionnaire(response rate: 79%). We were assayed in a group of people who do not try to undergo cancer screening with those who try to do it by the chisquare(χ^2)and Fisher’s exact tests. There were significant correlations of the subjects to undergo screening between those groups, “the presence or absence of children”, and “the presence or absence of knowledge of cancer mortality”(p<0.05). We were also asked to them about necessary support to spread the cancer knowledge, and the subjects were extracted from the answers:[the innovation of the screening system]such as the reduction of screening fees, and[environment in which the information can be obtained at any time]including information of cancer at workplace. It was suggested that it was necessary to create an environment that the correct information about cancer could be obtained.
