The population of foreigners living in Matsue region is increasing these days. An open lecture, entitled the international cultural exchanges in Matsue region, now and future was planned to introduce the present situation and problems arisen from increased foreigners to citizens in Matsue region. This report gives the content of the open lecture held in 2005.
