マイクロ波領域での空胴共振器の減衰について

On the Attenuate of Cavity Resonator in the Microwave Region

　前の論文で低損失フェライトのマイクロ波領域での複素誘電率と複素誘磁率をも測定できるようにJacsonの共鳴測定法を拡張した。その論文では空胴共振器への入力結合回路，出力結合回路に起因する減衰での損失については何らふれなかった。
　この論文では空胴共振器への入力結合回路，出力結合回跨が及ぽす空胴共振器の減衰を入力結合回路での電力反射率，出力結合回路での電力透過率の測定によって求め，この損失を考慮に入れて2，3の低損失フェライトについて3cm波で複素誘電率，複素誘磁率を求めた。
