Description
In this paper, the author tried to expand the resonance method of Jackson to be able to measure the complex dielectric constant and permeability of low loss ferrites in the microwave region.
Moreover, the author tried to introduce a few expressions which determine the complex dielectric constant and permeability for lossy material.
