　私は現在、鳥取県米子児童相談所で児童福祉司として勤務しています。児童福祉司としては１年目ですが、大学卒業後採用されてからは一時保護所の児童指導員として２年間勤務してきました。児童福祉司になって９ヶ月が経過しましたが、その中で感じていることをお伝えさせていただきます。
