Open source license, typified‘Copyleft Stipulation’, enables the collaborative development style of software production, and open source business model. On the other hand, it sometimes causes the situation where legal action may be pending. This conflict shows up as a new open source business strategy, collaboration of enterprises. This study sheds light on this theoretically and empirically.
