It is valuable to construct a distributed runoff model reflected a spatially distribution characteristics of storm rainfall in a watershed by using the rader mesh rainfall information . However, the rader mesh rainfall information still remains some problems in the accuracy of areal rainfall evaluation for using as by way of input rainfall sequence of runoff analysis. In the previous report, we proposed a procedure of flood runoff analysis by the distributed runoff model using point rainfall data,in which the observed ground rainfall data in the watershed are converted to mesh data on the plane constructed by triangle network. But the optimum model parameters were not yet evaluated comparing with the observed hydrological data. In the present study, the identification of the proposed KiWS model of lumped and/or distributed parameter types are tried for a storm occured on September, 1983 in the Hii River basin of 911.4 <km>^2. To reflect the spatially distribution characteristics of storm rainfall, the distributed watershed model composed of 15 blocks and divided 47 sub-slope area is introduced. Usefulness of the distributed type of KiWS model reflecting the spatially disitribution characteristics of storm rainfall is shown by the identification applying the SP method (Standardized Powell method).
