The purpose of this investigation was to clarify the family lives tasks as the lifelong education in adolescence. The results were as follows :
The university students who learned home economics education at high school were recognized tendency of gender free. However there were significant differences between female students and male students, and male students were found in gender role perception for family life. The gender role behavior of their parents affected to form the university students gender role perception and behavior. Therefore the programs for home economics education of high school have to develop to reform gender role perception and behavior.
