本研究では中学校技術・家庭科(家庭分野) において, 調理に関する関心を高め, 授業で習得した基礎的な知識・技術を家庭で実践し, 自分の食生活をよりよくしていくことができることを目的に授業実践を行い, その学習指導法について考察した｡授業で, 調理に関する基礎的な知識・技術の習得を図り, 家庭での調理体験をすることで, 調理について関心をもち, 実践へつながることが示唆された｡
