| Description | Management of trochanteric fracture is an important problem for orthopaedic surgeons. As most patients of this fracture are senile, the prognoses are usually poor. Recently, remarkable advances of orthopaedic instrumentation have made it possible to gain early functional recovery of these patients. For senile trochanteric fracture, condylo-cephalic nailing as Ender's method is the most excellent at present.
